Making Naans and Rotis requires not only a hot tandoor (clay oven) but also tremendous patience and skill! The dough needs to be kneaded, kept aside to rise for some hours, shaped perfectly like a tear drop before it gets baked just for the right amount of time.
Our frozen Naans and Rotis just need to be taken out of the freezer, popped into an oven, or even a toaster – and they’re ready to eat in minutes! They have the right amount of crispiness at the bottom and the right amount of soft chewiness on top. Choose from Garlic, Chilli or Tandoori Naan or opt for Tandoori Roti. Top them with a dollop of butter and serve hot with one our delicious and equally easy-to-make micro-curries.
