Each region in Gujarat beings its own style and flavour to the table. Many Gujarati snacks are distinctively sweet, salty, and spicy at the same time. We have a wide range of wholesome, balanced and delicious Gujarati dishes, from Shaak, Farsan to Nashto, all prepared from age-old recipes. Undhiu a mixed vegetable casserole, cooked in its traditional ‘upside down’ clay pot. Crunchy Kachoris stuffed with savoury Lilva in Moong Dal. Other side dishes include Patra, rolled up with spices and tamarind paste, sliced and fried. The all-time favourite, Khaman Dhokla, soft and spongy to the touch. Fafdas, Theplas and Rotlas are also part of our sumptuous Gujarati offering.
